The location of this hotel is perfect, set right in the heart of the wine region. Plus, it’s just 2 km away from Plymouth Hoe. We were able to get a room with a roll-in shower, which was really convenient. 🍷.

The location of the hotel was marvellous, in the wine area. Plus, Karst Gallery was within walking distance. The double room was lovely and had central heating, a work desk, and television. There was a bathtub, a plus for me.

The location of this small hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was situated in the heart of wine regions, making it the ideal spot to explore from. Additionally, the English speaking staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated how daily room cleaning was done thoroughly, and how modern the sanitary ware was.
While the hotel was clean and comfortable, it had limited outside seating available. Unfortunately, the seating area was located next to a road, so there wasn't much of a view. Moreover, the lack of a hairdryer and coffee making facilities in the room was a small inconvenience.

The Hotel Rapin in Portets is a great place to base yourself for exploring the wine routes of Bordeaux. The rooms are very clean and the air conditioning keeps you comfortable during the hot summer months. The staff are English speaking and very helpful, making communication easy. The rooms are cleaned daily, ensuring a fresh and tidy space to relax in after a long day of touring. The modern sanitary ware adds a touch of luxury to the bathroom facilities. One of the key advantages for us was the key access to the building after hours, as we attended a wedding locally and often returned late at night.
We felt so relaxed during our stay at the Hotel Rapin that we have no complaints whatsoever.

Spent Xmas season at a charming small hotel, just a short stroll from wine cellars. Enjoyed very clean and modern rooms equipped with aircon, plus English-speaking staff who were always willing to help with our queries. The hotel was in an ideal location to explore the wine routes and we were given a key for after-hours so that we could return to the hotel at any time.
Although the hotel was on a road, there wasn't much outside seating and it was a bit noisy due to the traffic. , it would have been better if the curtains could have blocked out more sunlight in the morning.

After a wonderful trekking adventure with my friend, we stumbled upon a small hotel in a strategic location for touring wine routes. the hotel was superb, with modern clean rooms that were well maintained and kept through our stay. We loved the way the friendly and English-speaking staff always cleaned our room daily. the location is ideal for touring wine routes, with some great Cellar doors within a very short walking distance. Despite the lack of blackout curtains in the rooms, the comfortable accommodations and reasonable prices made it a great choice for us.
